We enjoyed a fantastic evening last Saturday celebrating a great season for all teams and the crowning of the 1st X1 as Champions of Division 3N - thank you everyone who came, entertained us and made it a night full of laughter, some tears of joy and karaoke singing, some almost professional and some absolutely dreadful.

The winners of the awards are :

1st X1 Player of the Season : Pradeep Chanditha 40+ wickets & 400+ runs
2nd X1 Player of the Season : Hugh Newsome 600+ runs & 20+ dismissals with the gloves
3rd X1 Player of the Season : Theo Forster for an excellent all round performance
3rd X1 Young Player of the Season : Pi Delves in his debut year
Women & Girls' Softball Player of the Season : Sharron Burton for her enthusiasm & support
Young Player of the Season : Toby Newsome at 13, the youngest ever player to score 100 N/O at Shipley Hall for the 1st X1
Chair's Award : Neil Doxey and Martin Kinder
Special Award : Keith Williams for being the oldest ever player to still be taking to the field at 70.

Shout outs for

Champagne ( actually Prosecco ) Moments : Matt Chambers for scoring valuable runs in the last game of the season; Neil Doxey for the most amazing catch & Toby for his 100 runs.
